Did you have Boho FOMO after the Boho Heart classes filled up last year? Do you love scrappy quilts? Then this is the perfect place to be! This year, join Char to finish up those pesky UFOsl. Want to make that Boho Heart with some guidance? We have that covered. Did you see that amazing Block of the Month (Pick A Petal) on The Quilt Show, but are intimidated? Char can help you sort that out. Char is working on a couple Jen Kingwells - Shadow Moon and Bowie Stars and will show you the ins and outs of how to use templates, help you select fabrics (from your stash even) and even do some hand piecing instructions (it is faster and easier than you think, and very portable.)
It’s a sit and sew with a twist. No kits, we will have 2 sessions a month…the only requirement is that work on your own thing…big or small, machine or hand…it’s up to you!
(For Jen Kingwell enthusiasts, patterns and template sets are available for purchase. Char has a set of Bowie Star Templates that may be used in the sessions, but you must purchase the pattern to do so. Boho Heart assignment sheets from the previous BOM will be available if that is your selection. The pattern for Pick A Petal is exclusive to The Quilt Show and you must subscribe to obtain it.)
