OESD Gingerbread House

Hello! We are going to have a tasty great time by making a freestanding gingerbread house. Please visit Between Stitches website’s class calendar and click on the class. There you will find our affiliate link for OESD and this gingerbread house design. You will need to purchase the download from OESD. Make sure you download the design on a flash drive and verify that it is working on your sewing machine before coming to class. Also, don’t forget to print out the directions and bring them to class with you. Pages 2-9 of the OESD directions instruct you of all the fabrics you will need in individual pieces. Look over that and buy accordingly. Don’t forget to use Between Stitches affiliate link to purchase from OESD and Kimberbell if we are out of anything needed. Remember, Kimberbell procucts will work in this project as well. OESD calls for AquaMesh WashAway and StabilStick TearAway. You can either use OESD AquaMesh WashAway and StabilStick TearAway or Kimberbell’s Wash-Away and Sticky-Back Tear-Away stabilizers. Make sure wash-away stabilizer is the mesh type. Pay close attention to Pg. 19 supply list in the instructions for additional items. A hemostat/alligator clamp type tool is a game changer. It’s worth the price of buying it. Fabric and Isacord thread Kits will be made for purchase for this class. You may use your own fabric and thread. I suggest buying OESD battery powered tealights as well.
