* Class registration can be made on line or in-store
* Seats are limited. Payment is required at registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
(Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled at least 48 hours before class)
* If the shop needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, the class will be rescheduled. If the class cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued in its original tender.
*Cancellation by student within seven days of the class, will be given store credit as long as it doesn’t put the class below minimum student requirement.
Cancellations less than seven days will be given store credit at discretion of store.
*If cancellation by an instructor, then the class will be rescheduled. If classes cannot be rescheduled, a refund may be issued in its original tender
*No refund for no shows and special events.
*Please show up 15 minutes early to set up. Classes will begin on time.
*Please set phones on silent or vibrate during class.
*Drinks are allowed, but must have a secure lid.
ALL Class Attendees will receive a 20% discount on supplies for their class.
(not valid on Machine sales and service)
Occasionally photos or video's are taken of the class attendees and projects for publication purposes related to the mission of Between Stitches marketing.
Enrolling in the class grants us permission to do so.
